DESCRIPTION:We spend much of our lives exploring what hurts. We work with trauma\, family patterns\, transgenerational stories\, and the inheritance that weighs us down. This is an important part of the journey. Yet sometimes we become so focused on what needs healing that we lose sight of what is already supporting us. \nAnd our ancestors did not leave us only burdens. \nThey also left us gifts. \nPerhaps they passed on the strength to rise after a fall. The capacity to love. Creativity. Perseverance. A sense of community. Wisdom for living. Humor. Courage. Or a quiet life force that carries us through difficult times. \nOn All Saints’ Day\, a time when we naturally remember those who came before us\, we invite you to turn your attention toward what is valuable\, nourishing\, and supportive within your ancestral legacy. \nThrough Constellation Dance\, movement\, and live-created music\, we will explore the gifts that flow toward us through generations. We will not seek them through analysis or reflection\, but through the experience of the body\, movement\, and relationship—allowing the body to reveal what the mind often overlooks. \nThis workshop is an invitation to meet your roots from a perspective of gratitude and resources. Theatre director and drama educator with more than 20 years of experience working with people. \nUsing acting techniques and drama-based educational methods\, she supports the development of personal growth\, communication\, self-expression\, and creativity. She has worked in cultural management\, production\, and as a lecturer in performing arts at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split. \nHer training includes Family Constellations\, energy work\, and tantric and shamanic practices through the International School of Temple Arts. \nIn her work\, she combines her extensive experience with the arts— theatre\, puppetry\, dance\, music\, and film—with body expression and psychotherapy. Somewhere along the way\, I discovered how to play through other people’s bodies and souls\, guided by my violin. \nMy role in workshops is less about performing and more about listening—translating you and your dance into the notes of my instruments. I look forward to dancing\, making music\, and co-creating the magic that emerges when we come together. \nAnd now for the formal part: \nBorn on August 20\, 1986\, in Niš and having spent most of my life in Belgrade\, I have been involved with music since early childhood. The culmination of my formal education was graduating from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Since then\, I have performed as a solo artist and played with various orchestras\, ensembles\, and bands. DESCRIPTION:The way to healing is not healing\, but being. \nDear women\, \nAfter our first shared journey through the sauna\, fire\, sea\, and the elements of nature\, I felt that something had been born that I wanted to continue nurturing. A space we can return to. A space that does not ask us to become better\, stronger\, more conscious\, or more healed. \nA space where we can simply be. \nThat is why\, on November 8\, I invite you once again to Maja Sanctuary\, on the island of Brač\, for an intimate women’s circle: Sauna · Art & Heal. \nAs the days grow shorter and nature invites us to slow down and journey deeper within\, we will gather around the fire\, surrender to the warmth of a traditional wood-fired sauna\, listen to our bodies\, and allow nature to remind us of what we so often forget. \nWe do not have to keep fixing ourselves. We do not need to learn something new\, let go of something\, or resolve yet another issue. We do not have to become someone else. \nPerhaps what we need most\, sometimes\, is a place where we do not have to do anything at all. \nA place where we can shed not only our clothes\, but also some of our everyday roles\, expectations\, and responsibilities. A place where we can feel our own boundaries\, recognise our needs\, and allow ourselves to soften. Where we can be quiet\, loud\, playful\, tired\, curious\, or vulnerable — exactly as we are. \nIn the warmth of the sauna\, surrounded by the scent of smoke and the sound of the fire\, in connection with the sea\, the earth\, and other women\, we will create space for genuine contact. Contact with ourselves\, with nature\, and with one another. \nAnd we will journey a little deeper\, into layers and truths we rarely have time to touch in everyday life — into the depths of our own soul’s awareness\, the calling of the heart\, and the subtle\, delicate sense of connection between us as we travel through this human experience of life. \nArt will offer us a space to express what may not need words. The fire will be a place to gather. The sauna will invite us to immerse ourselves in our senses and our inner world. And the women’s circle will remind us that we do not have to carry everything alone. \nWe do not come because we are broken and need to be fixed. \nWe come to celebrate life. Our bodies. Our femininity. Our uniqueness.
