We spend much of our lives exploring what hurts. We work with trauma, family patterns, transgenerational stories, and the inheritance that weighs us down. This is an important part of the journey. Yet sometimes we become so focused on what needs healing that we lose sight of what is already supporting us.<\/p>\n
And our ancestors did not leave us only burdens.<\/p>\n
They also left us gifts.<\/p>\n
Perhaps they passed on the strength to rise after a fall. The capacity to love. Creativity. Perseverance. A sense of community. Wisdom for living. Humor. Courage. Or a quiet life force that carries us through difficult times.<\/p>\n
On All Saints\u2019 Day, a time when we naturally remember those who came before us, we invite you to turn your attention toward what is valuable, nourishing, and supportive within your ancestral legacy.<\/p>\n
Through Constellation Dance<\/strong>, movement, and live-created music, we will explore the gifts that flow toward us through generations. We will not seek them through analysis or reflection, but through the experience of the body, movement, and relationship\u2014allowing the body to reveal what the mind often overlooks.<\/p>\n This workshop is an invitation to meet your roots from a perspective of gratitude and resources. To recognize what is already present within you and what can support you as you meet life’s challenges.<\/p>\n Because alongside everything that may have needed healing, there is also something that has always supported you.<\/p>\n Come and discover what that is for you.<\/p>\n The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience with dance or constellation work.<\/strong><\/p>\n \ud83c\udfb5 The music is created live throughout the workshop and follows the processes unfolding in the space, creating a unique experience for every group.<\/strong><\/p>\n \ud83d\udccd Art Lab Kopriva, Ilica 196, Zagreb, Croatia You are warmly welcome to pause together, remember those who came before us, and open a space for recognizing the gifts that live within us through them. Perhaps it is there that we will find strength, support, and grounding for the steps we are taking today.<\/p>\n Facilitated by:<\/strong> Ma\u0161a Ljoti\u0107 Plichta and Marica Grgurinovi\u0107<\/p>\n Body-Oriented Psychotherapy Counselor; member of the teaching team at CIR INTP (Split and Sarajevo); member of HKPT, EABP, and EUROTAS. Theatre director and drama educator with more than 20 years of experience working with people.<\/p>\n Using acting techniques and drama-based educational methods, she supports the development of personal growth, communication, self-expression, and creativity. She has worked in cultural management, production, and as a lecturer in performing arts at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split.<\/p>\n Her training includes Family Constellations, energy work, and tantric and shamanic practices through the International School of Temple Arts.<\/p>\n In her work, she combines her extensive experience with the arts\u2014 theatre, puppetry, dance, music, and film\u2014with body expression and psychotherapy.
