Nakon našeg prvog zajedničkog putovanja kroz saunu, vatru, more i elemente prirode, osjetila sam da se rodilo nešto što želim nastaviti njegovati. Prostor kojem se možemo vraćati. Prostor koji ne traži od nas da budemo bolje, snažnije, svjesnije ili iscjeljenije.

Prostor u kojem jednostavno možemo biti.

Zato vas 8. studenoga ponovno pozivam u Maja Sanctuary, na otoku Braču, u intimni ženski krug Sauna · Art & Heal.

U vrijeme kada dani postaju kraći, a priroda nas poziva da usporimo i zaronimo dublje u sebe, okupit ćemo se oko vatre, prepustiti toplini tradicionalne saune na drva, osluškivati tijelo i dopustiti prirodi da nas podsjeti na ono što često zaboravljamo.

Ne moramo se neprestano popravljati. Ne moramo još nešto naučiti, otpustiti ili razriješiti. Ne moramo postati netko drugi.

Možda nam je ponekad najpotrebnije mjesto na kojem ne moramo ništa.

Mjesto na kojem možemo skinuti ne samo odjeću nego i dio svojih svakodnevnih uloga, očekivanja i odgovornosti. Na kojem možemo osjetiti vlastite granice, prepoznati svoje potrebe i dopustiti si mekoću. Na kojem možemo biti tihe, glasne, razigrane, umorne, znatiželjne ili ranjive — upravo onakve kakve jesmo.

U toplini saune, uz miris dima i zvuk vatre, u susretu s morem, zemljom i drugim ženama, otvorit ćemo prostor za stvarni kontakt. Kontakt sa sobom, s prirodom i jedna s drugom. I otići i korak dublje, do onih slojeva i istina koje ne stignemo dotaknuti u svakodnevnom životu, do dubine svijesti vlastite duše, poziva srca i osjećanja fine suptilne međusobne povezanosti u ovom ljudskom putovanju kroz život. 

Umjetnost će nam biti prostor izražavanja onoga što možda ne treba riječi. Vatra mjesto okupljanja. Sauna prilika za uranjanje u osjete i vlastiti unutarnji svijet. A ženski krug podsjetnik da ne moramo sve same.

Ne dolazimo zato što smo slomljene i trebamo biti popravljene.

Dolazimo slaviti život. Svoje tijelo. Svoju ženstvenost. Svoju jedinstvenost. Dolazimo uživati u jednostavnosti bivanja zajedno.

Ovo je Dan u kojem…

Vrelina saune polako otapa ono što više ne trebaš nositi.

Vatra nježno prima umor, napetost i sve ono što je postalo preteško.

More, miris bora i pogled prema planinama vraćaju dah u tijelo i Dušu te mir u srce.

Krug žena podsjeća da ne moramo sve same.

Zajedno ćemo stvarati prostor za:

Dear women,

After our first shared journey through the sauna, fire, sea, and the elements of nature, I felt that something had been born that I wanted to continue nurturing. A space we can return to. A space that does not ask us to become better, stronger, more conscious, or more healed.

A space where we can simply be.

That is why, on November 8, I invite you once again to Maja Sanctuary, on the island of Brač, for an intimate women’s circle: Sauna · Art & Heal.

As the days grow shorter and nature invites us to slow down and journey deeper within, we will gather around the fire, surrender to the warmth of a traditional wood-fired sauna, listen to our bodies, and allow nature to remind us of what we so often forget.

We do not have to keep fixing ourselves. We do not need to learn something new, let go of something, or resolve yet another issue. We do not have to become someone else.

Perhaps what we need most, sometimes, is a place where we do not have to do anything at all.

A place where we can shed not only our clothes, but also some of our everyday roles, expectations, and responsibilities. A place where we can feel our own boundaries, recognise our needs, and allow ourselves to soften. Where we can be quiet, loud, playful, tired, curious, or vulnerable — exactly as we are.

In the warmth of the sauna, surrounded by the scent of smoke and the sound of the fire, in connection with the sea, the earth, and other women, we will create space for genuine contact. Contact with ourselves, with nature, and with one another.

And we will journey a little deeper, into layers and truths we rarely have time to touch in everyday life — into the depths of our own soul’s awareness, the calling of the heart, and the subtle, delicate sense of connection between us as we travel through this human experience of life.

Art will offer us a space to express what may not need words. The fire will be a place to gather. The sauna will invite us to immerse ourselves in our senses and our inner world. And the women’s circle will remind us that we do not have to carry everything alone.

We do not come because we are broken and need to be fixed.

We come to celebrate life. Our bodies. Our femininity. Our uniqueness. We come to enjoy the simplicity of being together.

This is a day in which…

The heat of the sauna slowly melts away what you no longer need to carry.

The fire gently receives your fatigue, tension, and everything that has become too heavy.

The sea, the scent of pine trees, and the view of the mountains bring breath back into your body and Soul, and peace into your heart.

The circle of women reminds us that we do not have to do everything alone.

Together, we will create space for:
