Sexuality
The Sacred Path of Sexuality Healing
What Is This Practice?
This is an invitation to embark on a journey of healing sexuality as a sacred aspect of your being. It is an individual process of deep inner transformation, in which the body becomes a temple, Eros becomes a guide, and the therapist – a shaman and witness to your sacred journey.
This practice weaves together tantra, shamanic wisdom, intuitive touch, breathwork, energy work, and conscious presence. The approach is gentle, deep, and deeply rooted in respect for boundaries.
Pelvic dearmouring, laying on of hands, dialogue with the heart and soul – all of these are part of a journey in which layers of pain, shame, and unconscious burdens held in the body can begin to dissolve.
At the heart of this practice is the integration of body, heart, and spirit – a return to the sacredness of Eros and the healing of wounds that have separated us from ourselves and from others.
Why Do We Work with This?
In today’s world, sexuality is a subject filled with contradictions, pressures, and silence.
For centuries, women have been discouraged, suppressed, and shamed for their sexual power, sensuality, instinct, and desire. Many have experienced abuse, coercion, and boundary violations – from unwanted looks to profound trauma. They have carried all of this in silence, held in tension, trapped within the pelvis.
Men have been raised to believe they must “perform,” that they must prove themselves through performance, often disconnected from their own hearts, vulnerability, and genuine presence. They have been taught to desire, but not to feel. To take charge, but not to sense. To “be strong,” without knowing how to be intimate.
Intimacy hurts today.
We struggle to connect – with ourselves and with our partners. We carry unspoken wounds, hurts, and a sense that “something is not right,” without knowing why.
In intimacy, we may experience:
– fear of losing control
– an inability to surrender
– hypersensitivity or numbness
– pain, contraction, a heart that cannot fully be present
– shame that cannot be explained
– a feeling that “something old is playing itself out”
Often, we do not realise that our boundaries were crossed – as children, teenagers, or adults. Through a look, a word, a touch. Incest and sexual abuse are more common than we think. And the silence surrounding them can be deafening.
What Does a Session Look Like?
In a safe space, with trust and clearly established boundaries, we meet ourselves through conversation, breath, movement, energy, and touch.
Through pelvic dearmouring, we release tension, emotions, tears, memories, and frozen energy.
Ritually, quietly, deeply – we re-establish contact with the body, our own boundaries, desire, and presence.
Nothing is forced – everything unfolds at the pace of the body, the soul, and your own truth. The therapist is not an authority figure here, but a present shaman, a witness to your sacredness, and a guide through the sacred remembering of your wholeness.

– want to heal wounds from the past – their own or collective
– want to awaken sensuality, creativity, vitality, and connection with the body
– experience physical difficulties in the pelvic area, such as tension, pain, or dysfunction
– feel that sexuality can be a sacred experience, but need support in discovering this
– long for a deeper spiritual connection through the body and want to explore sexuality as a spiritual path
Eros as a Force of Transcendence
In Tantric and shamanic traditions, sexuality is not sinful – it is sacred.
It is a path towards inner union – when the heart, soul, and body come together, an experience of the divine can emerge.
Here, sexuality is not the goal, but the doorway.
This practice sees Eros not as a sexual act, but as the source of all that is alive – creativity, connection, and sacredness.
Just as meditation and breath can expand the boundaries of the ego, the awakening of sexual energy, within a safe and conscious space, can lead towards an experience that transcends the personal – towards the One, towards the Sacred.
In shamanism, the healer is not a doctor, but a guide through worlds – someone who helps the soul find its way home.
In Tantric teachings, Eros is not merely physical desire – it is a pure, primordial life force that can carry us beyond the boundaries of the ego, towards enlightenment.
Sexuality, when conscious and open, is not merely an act – it is a prayer.
To be intimate with yourself means: to be in love with yourself.
To be in love with yourself means: to be in union with everything.
Practical Information
To begin this deep and delicate work, you first need to complete a detailed and confidential questionnaire, after which we arrange a meeting. Only after we have met, seen and felt each other do we make a shared decision about whether to embark on this sacred journey together.
Sessions take place individually, in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment, as a series of several sessions. The number of sessions and the pace of the work are agreed together.
If you feel that you have lost touch with your depth, your desire, your freedom. If you feel that a story within you is still waiting to be told – this practice offers a space to hear it and set it free.
Your body is not the problem – it is the doorway.
Your sexuality is not a taboo – it is a gift.
Your Eros is not dangerous – it is the way home.
