Explore Yourself Through the Body and Creativity

Group Workshops for Personal Growth and Authentic Expression

What Are Psychodynamic and Creative Workshops?

These workshops are designed for adults who want to explore their own psyche, relationships, and inner patterns in a supportive and creative way. Through elements of body psychotherapy, drama education, and artistic expression, participants immerse themselves in personal experience and become aware of deeper processes — all within a safe group environment.

The body, voice, movement, breath, play, and symbolism become tools for connecting with what is deep, primal, and often left unspoken.

What Are They Used For?

Body psychotherapy is based on the understanding that the body remembers and expresses what the mind suppresses. Through movement, voice, breath, and contact, participants enter into a deeper relationship with themselves and others. The psychodynamic approach supports the recognition of unconscious patterns, while artistic media open up space for emotional expression, playfulness, and transformation.

These workshops offer a form of deep personal work when traditional forms of talk therapy are not enough. Through the body, symbolism, and creativity, we can reach what has been suppressed, heal trauma, express emotions, and integrate new insights.

Origins and Development

These workshops have grown out of the facilitator’s many years of practice and training in body-oriented psychotherapy, drama education, creative methods, and group work. They are inspired by experience in psychotherapy, theatre, movement, and the arts, as well as by personal transformation.

They are grounded in approaches that honour the body as a wise interlocutor and creativity as a natural expression of life energy.

What Makes These Workshops Different?

Unlike conventional workshops that offer mind- or conversation-based techniques, or rely on individual methods and tools, these workshops take you deeper. Through full-day or multi-day formats, they allow for genuine immersion, supported by the synergy of the different methods and approaches that guide the process.

The body is listened to, not shaped.
Emotions are not analysed, but experienced.
There are no right answers — only authentic experiences.

Play and artistic expression open the door to the unconscious, while the safety of the group allows us to dive into personal and archetypal themes:

  • The Inner Child – reconnecting with forgotten parts of ourselves
  • Contact and Boundaries – how we enter into relationships and where we lose ourselves
  • Voice and Expression – finding our authentic voice
  • Working with Dreams and Symbols – listening to messages from the unconscious
  • Creativity and Life Energy – unlocking the inner creator
  • Shadow and Projections – encountering what we do not want to see
  • Earth, Body, and the Present Moment – grounding and presence
  • Intimacy and Vulnerability – opening ourselves to others from a place of truth

What Can You Expect from a Workshop?

The workshops are structured yet flexible, adapting to the energy of the group. They include bodywork, guided processes, improvisation, creative exercises, sharing of experiences, and reflection.

Sometimes the work is quiet and introspective; at other times, playful and powerful. We work individually, in pairs, and as a group, with a great deal of respect and support.

There is no pressure to “perform” — only space to experience and express what within us is ready to emerge.

If you feel it is time to dive deeper into yourself, discover freedom of expression, feel more at home and secure in your body, and bring greater authenticity to your relationships — get in touch.
